Kingsmill
Lying gently along over three miles of the majestic James River, this land, now called Kingsmill on the James, is a residential and resort community created by Busch Properties, one of the Anheuser-Busch Companies. Located just two and one-half miles from Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, Kingsmill holds within itself the very beginnings of our country, our roots, our promise. Directions to Kingsmill:
From I-64, take Exit 242-A – Busch Gardens/RT. 199 West.
After you exit go approximately 0.8 miles, turn right at Busch Gardens/Route 60 East.
After exiting onto Route 60 East continue straight.
At the fourth stop light turn right. (You will see sign “KINGSMILL ON THE JAMES”.)
Continue straight. Just before the security gate, take an immediate right. Kingsmill Sales Center is the first building on the left.
